TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MAKE UP + HAIR APPOINTMENTS
A deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment.
Deposits for appointments are non refundable any cancellations ensue loss of deposit.
Any cancellations with less than 24hours notice or no shows will be charged the full payment of the service. Deposit is non-transferable and any rescheduling of your booking can only be done by Rachael at her discretion only when deemed a worthy circumstance. In this case Rachael must be contacted via email with at least 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment and can only be done once.
MOBILE / GROUP BOOKINGS
To secure your group booking a non-refundable deposit of $50 per service is required.
Once quote is accepted and deposit is received no lessening of numbers is allowed, additional make ups may be added if time allows.
Any cancellations ensue loss of deposit, any cancellations made with less than 24hours notice will be charged the full service fee and remaining amount is still due. Any changes to dates must be made with a minimum of four weeks notice from booking date and is subject to Rachael's availability.
Remainder of total is due at any time before or on the booking date.
WEDDINGS
To secure your wedding booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total quote amount is required, any cancellations ensue loss of deposit. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full service fee and remaining total amount is still due.
Once quote is accepted and deposit is received no lessening of numbers is allowed, additional make ups may be added if time allows.
Any changes to dates must be made with a minimum of 8 weeks notice from wedding date and is subject to Rachael's availability.
Remainder of total is due at any time before or on the wedding date.
PHOTOS
Rachael will always seek permission to take and use any photos of clients for marketing purposes via verbal agreement. Once verbal permission has been given Rachael then reserves the right to use any client images as she wishes for marketing purposes and business promotion on social media platforms and her website. Upon verbal agreement clients MUST state if they do not approve of their image to be taken and used for such purposes.
*COVID*
If you are feeling unwell, experiencing any covid19 symptoms and return a positive Covid test please notify me immediately to reschedule your appointment.
If you are showing covid19 symptoms at commencement of your appointment you will also be kindly refused service.
For individual bookings deposit will then be moved to another date only once, or alternatively ‘spot may be filled’ and appointment may be taken by another person.
For wedding bookings anyone experiencing COVID the full payment for those booked make-ups is still required, or alternatively ‘spot may be filled’ and appointment taken by another wedding guest on the day.
